The client's comments give about 0.6 s and about $0.0002 per decision on a desk of thirty sessions (measured 2026-10-10). Users without their own OpenRouter key are answered on Harness's key through its backend (backend/src/routes/jevRoute.ts). Row drafted from the discovery queue (issue #14) by an AI assistant that read the README and the cited file on 2026-11-05; a maintainer has not yet read the call site.
