Its savings against always using Opus come from the author's own Claude Code runs; the README says long warm sessions saved nothing. The same file can point at Laya or Kev, which are not Jev. Not the catalogued jev-router (prismhq). Row drafted from the discovery queue (issue #14) by an AI assistant that read the README and the cited file on 2026-11-02; a maintainer has not yet read the call site.
