No LICENSE file. Live mode needs OpenAI and Anthropic keys as well as a TypeSafe key, since an LLM always writes the reply; the default replay mode needs none. It draws no conclusion: the project measures, and whoever runs it decides. Row drafted from the discovery queue (issue #14) by an AI assistant that read the README and the cited file on 2026-11-03; a maintainer has not yet read the call site.
