Fully experimental, per the README. Reaches Jev through OpenRouter's alpha Decisions API. Its savings (35% on 12 small tasks) come from the author's own single-run tests; per-prompt hints are off by default. Laya can stand in, but scored far below Jev in its tests. Row drafted from the discovery queue (issue #14) by an AI assistant that read the README and the cited file on 2026-11-02; a maintainer has not yet read the call site.
