Pinned to jev-1.13.0, not jev-latest, because its thresholds were measured on that version; a platform switch turns Jev off for every run. src/core/jevQuestions.ts builds the questions. Final delivery acceptance stays independent of Jev. A hosted version runs at atoma.run. Row drafted from the discovery queue (issue #14) by an AI assistant that read the README and the cited file on 2026-11-06; a maintainer has not yet read the call site.
